Ascerium Policies
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale once design, material ordering, or production has started. Deposits are nonrefundable because they cover design time, planning, materials, setup, and reserved production time.
Prepayment
Most custom projects require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping. Larger projects may require milestone payments.
Approvals
Production begins after the customer approves the design, material, size, finish, and quoted price. Changes after approval may require additional charges.
Returns & Refunds
Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged. Custom, personalized, engraved, plated, cast, machined, or modified items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.
Damage or Issues
Customers must report damage, defects, or order issues within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the issue, Ascerium Customs may offer repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once design work, material ordering, setup, or production has started, deposits and related costs are nonrefundable.
